exciting news...

Well, I've decided its time to share some exciting news with my bloggy buddies here in blog world. In my last post, I wrote that I was reading a book that has nothing to do with seminary (though its only one of the fun books I am reading currently). Well, I can now reveal to you which book it is:

TA DA!!!!

Yes folks, that is correct, DH and I are going to have a baby! :) We really cannot believe it, considering he hasn't been home for that long. Right now, I am going on 6 weeks and am doing great...no morning sickness at all, though I have been feeling utterly exhausted most of the time.

Also, please pray that the baby grows healthy and strong. I did have a miscarriage not too long ago (which I haven't spoken of before now), so I am at risk for another one. DH and I are praying fervently that this time, things go perfectly. We know our little one is in God's hands, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to raise one of HIS children in this world.

When I have updates from the doctor and such, I will try to share them with you! Thanks already for praying.

I'm gonna be a MOMMY! :D

Enjoy the time and take lots of belly pictures! You'll wish you had when you are thirty-something and done having babies. ;)

Congratulatiosn on your new blessing!!!! I love how you are posting the size and development along the way. Just precious. I think "What to Expect When you are Expecting" is a great book. I had one back in 92 when my firstborn came along, and it was so very helpful!
